May 14, 2017Fiscalía peruana obtuvo declaraciones de testigos brasileños del caso Lava Jato
El Fiscal para casos de lavado de activos Germán Juárez Atoche, obtuvo las declaraciones de dos colaboradores del Caso Lava Jato en Brasil, relacionados a los aportes al Partido Nacionalista, agrupación del expresidente Ollanta Humala.
Entre los colaboradores se encuentra el ciudadano español Rafael Angulo Lopez, ex colaborador de la empresa OAS, encargado de transportar dinero para el pago de presuntas coimas, siendo la forma más habitual de transporte, adhiriendo el dinero a su cuerpo para evitar los controles.
Entre las declaraciones obtenidas, Angulo Lopez aseguró haber transportado dinero a nuestro país, hasta en cuatro oportunidades entre el 2013 y el 2014.

El presidente designado por el poder electoral, Daniel Ortega, se habría implicado en la pugna legal que enfrenta a la empresa Camarones del Pacífico (Campa) con la familia Navarro Soza, por la posesión de 1,101 manzanas de la finca Santa Rita de Hato Nuevo, ubicada en Chinandega, lo cual violenta la independencia de poderes establecida por el artículo 129 de la Constitución Política de Nicaragua.
LA PRENSA tuvo acceso a una trascripción de una reunión realizada el 21 de octubre del 2016 de la Comisión Especial de Registros conformada por los magistrados de la Corte Suprema de Justicia, Rafael Solís, Alba Luz Ramos y Francisco Rosales Argüello, que conforman la Dirección Nacional de Registros. También participaron dos funcionarios del Registro Público de Chinandega: Maritza Halleslevens y Eduardo Ortega Roa; participó también Estrellita del Carmen Troz Martínez, por el Registro Público de Managua; y Clara Nimia Cruz Castillo, por el Instituto Nicaragüense de Estudios Territoriales (Ineter).

Lottie Cunningham no calla. La han amenazado de muerte, pero sigue denunciando la inacción del gobierno del comandante Daniel Ortega ante la invasión de tierras indígenas por parte de colonos en el Caribe de Nicaragua. Una situación que ha dejado más de 32 indígenas asesinados desde septiembre de 2015. A través de su cuenta de Facebook, la directora del Centro Por la Justicia y Derechos Humanos de la Costa Atlántica (Cejudhcan) recibió las amenazas. Si seguía denunciando ante los medios de comunicación la invasión, sería asesinada, le dijeron. “Si nos pasa algo vamos a responsabilizar al Estado de Nicaragua, porque tiene que asumir esa obligación de proteger y defender a los defensores de derechos humanos”, dijo Cunningham en una entrevista transmitida en el programa Esta Noche.

The changes, according to Congressmember Aníbal Cálix of the Anti-Corruption Party, were made after Congress had passed the bill.
